Return Policy

We appreciate your business and pride ourselves in offering you the finest health and wellness products. In the event that you need to return or exchange your product, please see below for important information.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 90 days of purchase for a refund.  Send the items back to us at the address listed on the packing slip/despatch note you received with your order. You must return the product back to us unused and in good condition. Postage and packing fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued based on the number of products returned. Please include all opened and unopened products in your return. Opened product is limited to a 90-day consumable quantity for a full refund. Unopened containers must be deemed to be in unused and good condition to receive a refund.
If an item(s) is being returned for an exchange, the cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer. If the item(s) is faulty due to an error on our part, we will give you the FREEPOST address to return the item(s) to us.

You must be issued a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) to return a purchase. Please call the Customer Service Team on Freephone 0800 634 9985 9am - 6pm (GMT) Monday to Saturday or email care@vitaminsdirect.co.uk or care@goodvitamincompany.co.uk for instructions and to obtain a RAN. We recommend all returns be sent via recorded delivery. If a returned order is not received back by us, the customer must provide proof of delivery to receive a refund/credit/exchange.

Orders returned with a RAN will be processed within 10 business days of receipt at our warehouse. Every effort will be made for refunds to be given in the form of the original method of payment. Please allow up to four weeks from the date of processing your return for receipt of a refund and allow up to two (2) billing cycles for returned credit to appear on your credit card statement.

If for any reason Vitamins Direct UK Limited does not receive your returned package, you must provide us with the proof of postage to enable us to issue a refund/exchange. Again, we suggest that you send it by an insured courier/delivery service.

In the unlikely event that your order is not received or you receive a damaged or defective product, Vitamins Direct UK Limited will promptly send you a replacement, provided you contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Returned Cheques:  A £15.00 fee may apply to returned cheques.
